Customer Update: Publication of 2026-27 Landgate regulated and associated fees increase
Landgate’s 2026-27 fees and charges have received approval from the Governor in Executive Council, have been published on the WA Legislation website, and are now official.
Effective from 1 July 2026:
- Landgate will increase charges for the Sale of Land Information, Data and Imagery (non-regulated) products and services, by approximately 2.75%.*
- Landgate will increase Valuation Services fees and charges (regulated and non-regulated) by approximately 2.75%.*
- Landgate will increase fees for regulated land titling and associated services by approximately 3.90%.*
