Have your say in the WA strata law review

Phase Two of the State Government’s strata law review is now open for public consultation. 

Consultation opened on 15 October and remains open until 26 November 2026. 

The proposed reforms respond to issues and feedback raised during Phase One and cover a range of areas affecting strata living and the operation of strata titles schemes. 

Whether you own, live in, manage or are otherwise interested in strata, you are invited to explore the proposals and share your views.

Christmas and New Year opening hours

As the year winds down, we'd like to thank our customers and community for being part of our journey in 2026. 

We wish you a safe, happy and relaxing festive season. 

If you need us over the Christmas and New Year period, our customer service and land titles teams will continue to provide support between 8:30am – 4:30pm, excluding public holidays. 

All other Landgate services will be closed Friday, 25 December 2026 until Friday, 1 January 2027 inclusive, reopening on Monday, 4 January 2027.
