Strata manager annual returns requirement extended
Amendments to the Strata Titles General Regulations 2019 took effect on 20 August 2026, extending the requirement for strata managers to submit annual returns to Landgate for a further five years, from 2026 to 2030.
Continuing annual returns will support the collection of industry information to inform policy development and advice to Government.
Landgate is finalising the 2025 Strata Manager Annual Return results and expects to publish them later this month via our annual returns web page. A further update will be provided once that information is available.
Strata managers should complete their next annual return, covering the 2026 reporting year, by 31 March 2027.
Reminder: Register survivorship applications faster with electronic lodgement
Landgate has enabled auto-examination of eligible electronically lodged survivorship applications, allowing them to be examined, processed and registered within seconds, providing a quicker path to registration while helping reduce document errors.
