If the search you are inputting yields no results, please double check you are using the correct formatting below
Street/Unit/Lot/Apartment/Villa number, followed by the Street Name, Suburb
E.g. Unit 17, 4 Edith Cowan Court, PERTH 6000

Landgate receives street address information for a parcel of land from the relevant local government. This data is then endorsed on a corresponding Certificate of Title. Following this, any subsequent Certificate of Title search will show the street address endorsed on the Certificate of Title.
The local government is responsible for communicating the address change to all the utilities and service suppliers.
Other ways to search for property details include searching by the lot on plan, or volume and folio in Land Enquiry Services. If you don’t know that these are, you can find them using our Map Viewer Plus. To find these details, simply locate the lot in question on the map, click on it and a property information window will pop up with all the details you need.
