CIB 369: Model Participation Rules draft version seven consultation

The Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) has been reviewing the Model Participation Rules (MPR) as part of the regulatory amendments needed for requiring interoperability between Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs).

ARNECC has released draft version seven of the MPR for consultation.

The draft version seven MPR and explanatory notes can be viewed on the ARNECC website.

Consultation with industry stakeholder groups and participants plays a key role in ensuring the Model Operating Requirements are suited to each State's and each Territory's requirements.

The consultation period closes on Monday, 6 September 2021.
