CIB 350: Christmas opening hours

Landgate’s customer service and land titles staff will be available during the Christmas and New Year period, excluding public holidays (closed Friday 25, Monday 28 December and Friday 1 January).

There is no change to our customer-facing operating hours:

In person | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Landgate’s counter opening hours at both Midland and Perth will remain 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (not including the public holidays).

As per normal, documents will not be accepted for lodgement outside these hours. This includes self-lodgement.

By webchat | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Our webchat support will continue to operate 8.30am to 4.30pm. Visit our website and click the ‘Chat now’ button to engage one of our customer service team.

By phone | 8.30am – 5pm
Our phone support operates 8.30am to 5pm. Simply call +61 (0)8 9273 7373 to speak to one of our friendly customer service team.

All other Landgate services, apart from business-critical services, will be closed for the Christmas and New Year period (Friday 25 – Friday 1 January inclusive), reopening on Monday 4 January.
