Strata manager periodic returns

Strata managers provide vital services to strata companies and schemes in Western Australia. The requirement of all strata managers to complete an annual return is part of the State Government’s efforts to best support this industry and the consumers who rely on it.

2024 Strata Manager Annual Return Survey - Coming Soon!

Please note, the 2024 Strata Manager Annual Return portal will open in early January 2025. Keep an eye out for further updates on our website, or via our monthly Customer Information Bulletins.

Under the Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019, strata manager’s annual returns are required to be submitted to Landgate by 31 March each year.

2023 Strata Annual Return Findings

The 2023 Strata Manager Annual Return findings are now available. Landgate has compiled the results of the 2023 annual returns into an infographic comprising topline insights, as well as a more detailed presentation which includes analysis of responses across all sections of the survey.

The presentation provides an overview and analysis of the compiled data received by the strata management industry for the reporting period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
