New Electronic Document Capability 

Landgate is pleased to advise that from 12 May 2025, the following dutiable residual documents will be eligible for industry preparation and lodgement via the PEXA Electronic Lodgment Network (ELN): 

  • Transfer of Land by Mortgagee (Power of Sale). 
  • Transfer of Land (Sale for Rates). 
  • Transfer of Land under Property (Seizure and Sale) Order.
  • Deposit of Declaration of Trust.

To be eligible for electronic conveyancing, transfers must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the document eligibility guide in ELE-01 Electronic Conveyancing and RevenueWA eligibility criteria.  

Please note, Deposit of Declaration of Trust documents cannot be assessed for duty via RevenueWA’s Online Duties portal and will continue to follow the manual duty endorsement process. To be eligible for electronic conveyancing, evidence of duty must be provided by uploading and attaching the duty assessed Trust deed or a paid duty certificate to the document in the workspace.
