CIB 370: Further consultation on Model Operating Requirements draft version 7

The Australian Registrars National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC) has been reviewing the Model Operating Requirements (MOR) and Model Participation Rules (MPR), as part of the regulatory amendments needed to require interoperability between Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs).

Model Operating Requirements version 7

In July, ARNECC released draft version 7 of the MOR for consultation. That consultation period closed on 11 August 2021.

ARNECC has completed its review of the feedback received and made further amendments to draft version 7 of the MOR based on the matters raised. ARNECC has decided to undertake a second round of industry consultation before finalising version 7 of the MOR.

The draft version 7.1 of the MOR and version 7 consultation draft 7 feedback table can be viewed on the ARNECC website. Written submissions can be made to chair@arnecc.gov.au.

The consultation period closes on Monday, 6 December 2021.

Model Participation Rules version 7

In August, ARNECC released draft version 7 of the MPR for consultation. That consultation period closed on 6 September 2021.

ARNECC has reviewed the feedback received and made further amendments to draft version 7 of the MPR, based on the matters raised. Due to the limited volume and nature of the feedback received, ARNECC will not be issuing a second consultation draft of the MPR. The final version 7 of the MPR is not yet available on the ARNECC website.
