CIB 352: Changes to strata forms from 1 February

Following industry feedback, Landgate has made amendments to the Schedule of Unit Entitlement and Proposed Schedule of Unit Entitlement forms. Both forms come into effect from 1 February 2021. (Superseded versions of the forms may be lodged until 1 July 2021.)

An electronic form for the Schedule of Unit Entitlements will become mandatory upon the commencement of the new Community Titles Act 2018 (anticipated by mid-2021).
