CIB 336: WA strata reform - new approved forms

The reforms to the Strata Titles Act 1985 and associated Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019 will commence on 1 May 2020.

To facilitate new requirements, Landgate has created new approved forms specific to the registration of strata title matters.

The forms are now available on the Landgate website and can be found here: Strata forms. These forms will be approved for lodgement starting 1 May 2020.

As indicated in the Transitional Guide, a forms reference table has been created to ensure the correct form is used and the required evidence provided.

The forms reference table can be accessed via the Strata forms page or directly from the Land Titles Policy and Procedure Guides.

Please note that the new disposition statement forms are to be lodged as documents and will attract a lodgement fee. Further details can be obtained from the Land Titles Policy and Procedure Guides which will be published on 1 May 2020.
