CIB 334: COVID-19 Landgate Customer Service Arrangements

Landgate’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, community and staff, particularly in the extraordinary circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We remain open for business to serve the needs of our customers and to deliver services to the community, although we’re working a bit differently. Both our Midland and Perth offices remain open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with measures in place to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Some of our workforce will be working from different locations in the coming days. However, our customers will still be able to access the same services with minimal change.

Both Midland and Perth locations have now moved to self-lodgement of all paper documents, following a successful trial last week. A concierge is available at both offices to assist customers with self-lodgement.

Landgate continues to maintain a high standard of hygiene at our counters, with hand sanitiser available for customer use and additional cleaning of surface areas undertaken regularly throughout the day.

If you are unwell, we respectfully ask that you refrain from attending our counters and having direct contact with our staff and other customers.

We will continue to monitor advice from the Western Australian Department of Health and relevant government authorities and are well prepared to take additional action should the advice change.
