CIB 330: COVID-19 Customer Update

Landgate’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, community and staff, particularly in the extraordinary circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To date, there has been no change to Landgate’s operations and customers are able to access the same services, through the same channels, as normal.

We are closely monitoring advice from the WA Department of Health and relevant government authorities and are well prepared to take additional action should the advice change.

Both our Perth and Midland Offices remain open from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
If customers do not wish to attend our centres in person, our customer service team is available on phone, 08 9273 7373, or via webchat to assist you with your enquiries.

Landgate continues to maintain a high standard of hygiene at its counters, with Landgate staff members doing additional cleaning of surface areas on regular basis through the day.

We also respectfully ask, if you are unwell, please refrain from attending our counters and having direct contact with our customer service team.  Please discuss with us other options on how to complete your business with Landgate.
