CIB 349: COVID-19 mandatory contact register

Landgate’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, community and staff, particularly in the extraordinary circumstances presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The State Government has issued a directive for various businesses and venues to maintain mandatory contact registers for WA Health Department COVID-19 contact tracing. From today, 30 November 2020, all visitors attending Landgate’s Midland or Perth offices will need to register their contact details.

If COVID-19 is detected in the WA community, contact registers will help the WA Health contact team to quickly identify and assist anyone that may have been exposed to COVID-19.

The State Government has released the SafeWA app; an efficient and secure way to record visitor contact details. You can download the SafeWA app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

For visitors attending Landgate’s Midland office, a manual register is available or, for those who have downloaded the SafeWA app, a QR code is also available at the customer service desk.

A QR code will soon be available at Landgate’s Perth office. Until then a manual register is available for use.

Landgate continues to maintain a high standard of hygiene at its counters, with Landgate staff doing additional cleaning of surface areas regularly through the day.

There has been no change to Landgate’s operations and customers are able to access the same services, through the same channels, as normal.

Please contact Landgate’s Customer Service team with any questions, or to provide us with feedback.
