Landgate’s Bunbury document lodgement service has closed

The document lodgement, document collection, advice and title search services at Landgate’s Bunbury office closed on 29 April 2016.

Customers who wish to lodge documents with Landgate can:

  • send documents by mail to:

(The required lodgement fees must be included when posting your forms)

  • lodge via an appointed agent in Perth
  • lodge directly at Landgate’s Perth or Midland offices
  • lodge electronically via Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA).

To assist customers with this closure, Landgate is temporarily providing customers who visit the Bunbury office with a direct link to the customer call centre at Midland via a self-service area. The self-service area includes product information brochures, a dedicated phone and two computers with print/scan functionality.

Advice of these service changes was provided in two Landgate Customer Information Bulletins; 275 dated 10 March and 279 dated 29 April. What is PEXA?

Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA) is Australia’s first Electronic Lodgement Network (ELN). PEXA allows lawyers, conveyancers and lending institutions to lodge land registry documents such as mortgage, discharges of mortgage, transfers, caveats and withdrawals of caveat online in a faster, safer and more efficient way.
