Before calculating your fee, please ensure you have the following:
1. Your consideration value for your land.
The consideration value for the transfer will either be an amount of money (e.g. the agreed price in a sale contract), or non-monetary in words (e.g. “gift”, “pursuant to Deed dated ...“ etc.).
For a non-monetary consideration enter “0” into Consideration in the calculator.
2. Have calculated the dutiable value of your land, via RevenueWA.
Whilst the dutiable value may often be the same as the consideration value (e.g. a sale of a property for an amount of money between unrelated parties), it can sometimes differ depending on exemptions or other circumstances.
Refer RevenueWA for more information on Transfer duty.
Please note
Fees are based on the higher of the values between consideration and dutiable value, and additional fees may apply
