Customer Update: Fees and Charges for 2025-26

Prices will increase for Landgate’s land titling and associated fees as well as other products and services for the 2025-26 financial year.

Please be aware these are subject to approval from the Governor in Executive Council and publishing on the WA Legislation website.

If approved, effective 1 July 2025:

• Landgate will increase charges for the Sale of Land Information, Data and Imagery (non-regulated) products and services, by approximately 2.75 per cent.*
   
• Landgate will increase Valuation Services fees and charges (regulated and non-regulated) by approximately 2.75 per cent.* 
   
• Landgate will increase fees for regulated land titling and associated services by approximately 3 per cent.*

The final fee schedule will be on Landgate’s website as soon as approval is received, and customers will be notified via another Landgate Customer Update e-newsletter.

Any orders in progress or received by Landgate on or before 30 June 2025 will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

The new charges will apply for all other orders.
