Welcome to the Customer Information Bulletin for December 2025. 

Holiday opening hours 

Landgate’s Customer Service and Land Titles staff will be available to serve you during the Christmas and New Year period. 

There is no change to our customer-facing operating hours, which are 8.30am – 4.30pm; however, we will be closed on the public holidays.

Our team will be able to help you:

• In person at Midland and Perth: As per normal, documents will not be accepted for lodgement outside customer-facing operating hours.
• By webchat: Visit our website and click the ‘Chat’ icon to engage a customer service team member.

All other Landgate services will be closed Monday, 29 December 2025 – Friday, 2 January 2026 inclusive, reopening on Monday, 5 January 2026.
