Landgate has observed the demand for our counter services at both Midland and Perth tapers off in the late afternoon, while customer demand for our phone and webchat services picks up. To better reflect our customers’ preferred channels at this time of day, we are adjusting where we allocate our staff to ensure you continue to get the best customer service.
From Monday 2 December 2019, Landgate’s counter opening hours at both Midland and Perth will be 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (exc. public holidays). This time reflects our statutory obligations to accept documents lodgement up until 4.30pm on those days.
Our webchat and phone support will continue to operate between 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
