Regulated products and services
From 3 July 2017, Landgate’s regulated fees are due to increase approximately 1.75 per cent, in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The proposed new fees are available here . Please be aware that the these are subject to approval from the Governor in Executive Council and publishing in the Government Gazette.
The final fee schedule will be on Landgate’s website as soon as this approval is received.
Commercial (non-regulated) products and services
From 3 July 2017, Landgate will also increase the price of most of its commercial products and services approximately 1.75 per cent, in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Any orders in progress or received by Landgate before 3 July 2017, will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue.
The new prices will apply for all other orders.
