Landgate 2020/21 Fees and Charges Notification

Regulated products and services

Landgate’s 2020/21 fees have received approval from the Governor in Executive Council, have been published in the Government Gazette, and are now official.

From 1 July 2020, Landgate’s regulated fees will increase approximately 2 per cent, in line with the Treasury forecast Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate.

The official fees and charges are now available on our website.

Commercial (non-regulated) products and services

From 1 July 2020, Landgate will also increase the charge of most of its commercial products and services approximately 2 per cent, in line with the average forecast rate of the CPI.

Any orders in progress, or received by Landgate before 1 July 2020, will be charged at the current rates and quotes will continue to be valid for 30 days from date of issue.

The new charges will apply for all other orders.
