Scheduled system outage notification

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Landgate wishes to advise its customers that the following services will be temporarily unavailable to allow for system maintenance and enhancement.

Those services are MyLandgate, Online Store, Broker Services, EAS2, Interest Enquiry, Map Viewer (Old and New) and WA Atlas.

Landgate apologises for the interruption to services and any inconvenience caused.

Please direct questions related to this outage to our Customer Service team during standard office hours (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday) +61 (0)8 9273 7373 or (customerservice@landgate.wa.gov.au).

Please note: the 'estimated restore time' is an estimate only. Landgate will endeavour to make these systems/services available again within the shortest possible timeframe, however due to circumstances beyond our control there may be delays. If the 'estimated restore time' cannot be met, an updated system message will be displayed.
