Registrations are now open for Landgate’s removal of Duplicate Certificates of Title webinar on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.

Join the webinar to hear first hand from the Registrar of Titles Bruce Roberts and Assistant Registrar of Titles Vikki McRoberts discussing what the end of Duplicate Titles on Monday, 7 August 2023 will mean for landowners, mortgagees and land industry practitioners.

Those who register can send their questions through to be answered at the webinar - time permitting. All questions and answers will be made available on Landgate website after the webinar.

Please note current documentary requirements continue to apply for all documents lodged before 7 August 2023. Any land transaction documents which have been lodged with Landgate but remain unregistered by close of business on Friday, 4 August 2023 will not be able to have a Duplicate Title issued.
