The average working day turnaround times for the week ending Saturday, 3 December 2011 were:

Early Issue = 2.50 working days
Non Priority New Title dealings = 4.31 working days
Normal Freehold dealings = 5.54 working days

Non Priority dealings are on both subdivisions and strata plans that have not received any additional priority by providing evidence of urgency of issue of new titles ( ie. have progressed through a normal dealing timeframe cycle that has not been interfered with).
