Non Priority New Title dealings = 9.28 working days
Normal Freehold dealings = 4.10 working days


Non Priority dealings are on both subdivisions and strata plans that have not received any additional priority by providing evidence of urgency of issue of new titles ( ie. have progressed through a normal dealing timeframe cycle that has not been interfered with).
