WA Grid File


This is a facility to convert your geographical and grid coordinates. Convert from the Australian Geodetic Datum of Australia 1984 (AGD84) to Geocentric Datum of Australia (GDA94) or vice versa. This facility is provided by Landgate to assist with conversion. 18 000 geodetic data points were used to develop the grid file. The gridfile extends offshore to provide coverage over the area defined in Schedule 2 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act.
