This manual covers information related to Strata Plans and Survey-Strata Plans prepared under the Strata Titles Act 1985 and associated regulations. It should be used in conjunction with the Strata Titles Practice Manual and Land Titles Registration Practice Manual.
Surveys and plans prepared for the purpose of the Strata Titles Act 1985 are covered by the Strata Titles Practice Manual.
Edition 6.2 - (Jan 2010)
This Edition 6.2 (Jan 2010) replaces the previous Edition 6.1 (January 2009). Every effort has been made to correct typing errors and some significant changes, as outlined on page 27 and 28 of the manual, have also been made.
