When we receive the form, your application will be processed as outlined below.
1. When we receive your completed form/s we will begin processing your application.
2. Your User ID will be created, and if required an account will be set up for you.
3. Once your details are confirmed you will then be contacted by email with your User ID and logon instructions.
Please allow approximately 10 working days for your application to be processed.
