Strata Reports provide details on strata lots including:
  • physical address, an address for service of notices and for the proprietor,
  • the parcel identifier,
  • the certificate of title,
  • the building name and unit entitlement,
  • the purchase price,
  • the sales date,
  • the use of the land and
  • the area of land involved.

Format: Hard copy or in digital text files on CD ROM, floppy disk or email.
