Aboriginal Employment Strategy
A key objective of the Reconciliation Action Plan is the employment of Aboriginal Australians. To this end Landgate has created the Aboriginal Employment Strategy.
The Aboriginal Employment Strategy is also known as the “WAARRM Strategy” as it’s all about Welcoming Aboriginal Attraction Recruitment & Retention that’s Meaningful.
The WAARRM Strategy seeks to deliver meaningful employment and training opportunities for Aboriginal people.
