Landgate's Reconciliation Action Plan has been written by both Indigenous and non-Indigenous staff, in collaboration with the Department of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation Australia.

It includes a range of strategies to improve the inclusion of Indigenous Australians in our workplace.
