Proposed New Scale of Fees

Following our annual pricing review, some regulated fees, subject to the Governor’s approval in Executive Council and gazettal, will increase on 1 July 2012. However, document registration and searching fees will not be increased.

The proposed new pricing will also affect the hourly charge out rates and the price of some products and services.
The hourly charge out rate for products and services will increase from $143.00 to $154.00 inclusive of GST.
A two point eight percent (2.8%) price increase will be applied to some Landgate products and services. The increase is within the West Australian Consumer Price Index. For convenience and where applicable prices have been rounded to the nearest dollar.
Any orders received by us prior to 1 July 2012 and orders in progress prior to this time will be charged at the current rate. However the new prices will apply for all other orders.
