Property Street Address

Street Address data is the most common searching tool used to identify land information. Landgate maintains Property Street Address details in conjunction with input from Local Government agencies who are responsible for allocating street number for land parcels. Information is captured for both urban and rural properties. Coverage Metropolitan area and most major country towns. Some rural addresses and country town addresses are not included.

• Unique polygon ID number for the lot to which the address point belongs;
• Address ID number (AIN);
• Type of number (house, lot, etc)
• Road name and road type (eg Street, road, avenue, etc)
• Locality
• The X & Y coordinates
