Pending Sales are sales that have not yet been recorded as Registered Sales at Landgate. Pending sales information is released from the week that settlement is due to occur. Once settlement has occurred, documents will be lodged at Landgate and the sale will be recorded as a Registered Sale. The registration process can sometimes take up to 6 weeks from time of settlement.
