Property Hotspots

Property Hotspots is a mapped representation of pending sales activity for the Perth metropolitan area.

The map is colour-coded according to the number of sales that are pending in a particular area. By scrolling over the map you can view the number of pending sales for each suburb.
Pending sales are those that are due to settle within the next week. These sales have not yet been recorded as Registered Sales by Landgate. It can take up to 6 weeks from the date of settlement for a sale to be recorded as a Registered Sale.

Property Hotspots only covers the Perth Metropolitan area. If you would like details on pending sales in other areas you can subscribe to our free Property Sales Alert. Alternatively, our Sales View tool can be used to view an indication of sales activity across all of WA and allows you to purchase full sales reports for areas of interest to you.
