New scale of fees for Landgate customers

Landgate’s new scale of fees for document registration, plan lodgement and searching has been approved by the Western Australian Governor and will apply from July 1, 2008.

As a result, most interactive charges (the costs for viewing land information displayed on screen) have been discontinued.

Land Enquiry subscribers will now be able to search online information using multiple screens without incurring interactive fees - except when searching screens for Power of Attorney details and Sales Enquiry listings.

Customers will have more certainty about the cost of obtaining land information online and will receive simplified invoicing.
