Disclaimer - Due to settlement processes, many contracts of sale occurring in the last 2 months or more may not yet be registered and therefore are not included in this analysis.
Sale data has been adjusted where possible to exclude multi-lot transfers, and property transfers that may not represent a genuine sale (non arms-length) such as those between related parties (common vendor and purchaser, unusually low selling price), transfers involving institutional bodies, and where no buyer or seller is identified.
