Landgate's Geodetic Strategy for Western Australia 2007-2012 (354kb pdf) is now available.
The Geodetic Strategy articulates Landgate’s vision for the geodetic framework for the next 5 years. The Strategy sees the continuance of existing services, plus a new focus on providing an infrastructure using the latest Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technology to support both research and industry needs.
The draft Strategy was made available for consultation and feedback from 4 July to 31 August. Sixteen feedback submissions were received in total, and Landgate thanks all those who afforded the time and effort to provide comment.
