Please note that for all options, payment must be received before a title search can be completed.

Option 1: Over the counter
Request a title search over the counter at our Midland office.

Turnaround time:	It will take approximately 30 minutes.
Cost:	If you don't know the Volume and Folio number	$19.50
	If you do know the Volume and Folio number	$13.00
Payment options:	Cash, cheque or major credit card (Bankcard/MasterCard/Visa/EFTPOS)

Option 2: Seek professional conveyancing services
Seek out the services of a Conveyancer/Settlements Agent in your local area that has a Landgate account with Landgate. Landgate's cost to our client using this service is $13 - $19.50 per search depending on type of order, however there may be additional charges made to you by the agent. Turn around time for a search is between 1-2 hours.

Members of the legal profession undertake conveyancing work and can provide interpretations of information contained on a certificate of title including the legal effects of any interests and notifications.  The Law Society refers the enquiries it receives to appropriately qualified legal practitioners who practise in conveyancing.

Option 3: Post
Complete the order form and send it by post with your payment.

Turnaround time:	10 working days

	Plus delivery charge:	post $9.00 (up to 50g) or fax $2.20 per item

Option 4: By fax
Complete the order form (include your credit card details) and fax it to us.
We will fax the the title search to you and post or fax the receipt (according to your preference).
