“There’s indexed road names, place names and geographical features as well as many city and town maps,” Mr Halsey said.
The Travellers Atlas of Western Australia was first published in 1979. Since then it has become a popular and valuable item.
Mr Halsey said the maps had been extensively revised to provide the latest information to both West Australian residents as well as tourists.
The Travellers Atlas also shows the official rest areas along main roads, new parks, reserves and forests and it also contains maps of Perth and Fremantle CBDs.
The Atlas is $29.95 and is available from most bookshops, newsagencies and service stations.
