Eliminate Address Errors with our New Free Validation Service

You can establish the accuracy of home addresses in Western Australia free of charge using our new online address verification service available on our website homepage.
You can use the service to:
· eliminate address errors including spelling mistakes
· ensure your research relates to the actual property you wish to buy
· improve the quality of addresses on your mailing list
· reduce time spent following up on returned mail
Our address validation service is very easy to use. Simply enter any address details you have available into the specified fields and submit. The service will check the details then correct or complete them for you.
For example, if you have only the property lot number available, the service will return the street number.
If your address enquiry doesn’t completely match up with details in our database, you’ll receive an alternative address or list of alternative addresses that match closely with your enquiry.
With each address validation result, you will receive a corresponding lot and survey number.
We continuously update our address database, however should the service not return a match for your enquiry, you may use the option to request us to investigate the address. We will contact you by email with the results.
