Electronic Advice of Sale 2 (EAS2) is a joint initiative of the Office of State Revenue, the Water Corporation of Western Australia and the Government of Western Australia (Landgate). EAS2 provides Conveyancers with Internet access to information from these three agencies and participating Local Governments, allowing them to submit a single online request to obtain information for a settlement of land.
The Region Scheme Certificate System (RSCS) enables region scheme certificates to be requested and received electronically, and is the outcome of a cross-government initiative involving Landgate and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure.
easiforms, a new online service in Landgate, allows conveyancers, financial institutions and property professionals to create Discharge of Mortgage, Transfer of Land and Mortgage documents online. easiforms automatically prepopulates data fields, keeping data entry to a minimum and reducing the chance of error.

A National Electronic Conveyancing System (NECS) will modernise the way that settlements are conducted and reduce the settlement period for standard transactions. A National Office has been established to develop operational rules for a national system and a WA State Project Team has been working with them and the Conveyancing Industry to determine WA business requirements and impacts to being part of a National Electronic Conveyancing System.
