Parental/Paid Parental Leave | · Parental leave of up to 52 weeks available
· Paid leave of 14 weeks per birth or adoption (conditions apply) |
Higher Duties Allowance (HDA) | Payable after 5 days acting at a higher level. |
Bereavement Leave | Up to 2 days per event |
Personal Leave | 13 days cumulative and 2 days non cumulative |
Public Holidays | Standard public holidays plus 2 public service holidays. |
Ceremonial/Cultural Leave | May be taken from accrued leave entitlements by agreement |
Study Leave, Emergency Service Leave and Training With Defence Force Reserves Leave | Leave available (conditions apply) |
Employee Funded Extra Leave | · Individual arrangements available for deferred salary to cover extra leave.
· Limited to 48/52 weeks or 4/5 years. |
Conditions of Service | Conditions not covered by the Public Service General Agreement 2008 are as per the Public Sector Management Act 1994, GOSAC Award 1989, Public Sector Standards and other relevant documentation. |
