Chief Information Officer’s Forum – 12 March 2009

Western Australian Land Information System (WALIS) will host a half-day forum for Chief Information Officers on Thursday, March 12.
Business Intelligence: Making spatial information work for you will be held in conjunction with Australian Computer Society at Bentley Technology Park from 8.30am – 12.30pm.
Registrations will be open from 8.00am, after which, a representative for the Minister for Lands and Regional Development will open the forum.
Also attending is Peter Batty as keynote speaker. Peter is an industry leader in geospatial and location technologies, and has served as Chief Technology Officer at Intergraph, Ten Sails and cutting edge startup, Smallworld.
The forum targets existing and aspiring Chief Information Officers; Chief Level Executives (CEO, CFO, CMO); Director Generals and General Managers; Government Executives; Directors (Board Members); Company Directors; Project Managers; and Business Strategists.
Registrations close on Wednesday, March 4 and can be done at http://www.walis.wa.gov.au/.
