Certification of Original Documents
Certified copies of Certificates of Title, Freehold Surveys, Crown Surveys and Deposited Plans and Documents registered/deposited/lodged under the Transfer of Land Act or the Registration of Deeds Act may be purchased. Sufficient notice, usually a minimum of four days, must be given for their preparation.
