Cadastral data contains information about land parcel boundaries for all freehold and crown land parcels within Western Australia. Data is sourced from Landgate’s Spatial Cadastral Database (SCDB), which includes approved:
- cadastral boundaries
- lodged cadastral boundaries
- control marks
- easements
- surveyed mining tenement boundaries
- administrative boundaries.

- Unique polygon ID number to link to tenure data
- Usage code describing the purpose of the lot (eg Pastoral Lease)
- Centroid coordinates
- Legal area
- Lot on survey & Lot type (eg freehold or lease)
