Landgate has aerial photography that covers most of Western Australia. A Coverage Index of flown photography shows availability and includes date, scale, map sheet name and number and project number. Copies of flight diagrams are available upon request.

Aerial photography is available in hard copy print, enlargement or digital scan format, from either orthorectified or unrectified photography.

Orthorectified aerial photography (photography that has been geometrically corrected) can be viewed and purchased online. A Coverage Index of Landgate's orthophoto mosaics show availability and status of orthorectified photography.

Unrectified (i.e. not geometrically corrected) aerial photographic scans and enlargements are available in digital format. Depending on the nature of the original photograph, scans and plots are available at 453dpi or 1270dpi, in colour or black and white. Additional costs will apply for scans at a higher resolution.

Contact prints and diapositives are also available. Contact prints are a same size copy of a negative and are delivered on photographic paper in colour, or black and white. Enlargements are available for purchase in various sizes.

Diapositives are a photographic print reproduced onto transparent film. Orders for diapositives are delivered within seven working days.

Historic photographs of Perth are available in poster format and can be laminated upon request.
