Please note that the information for the current financial year may not be complete (red bars) due to the inclusion of recent property sales that have not yet settled. Please read in conjunction with the respective PDF. The 25th percentile constitutes the value in a ranked data set that corresponds to the 25th percentile - i.e. 25% of the values are ranked below this value, 75% are ranked above it.
