Electronic Advice of Sale (EAS) for Conveyancers

Electronic Advice of Sale is a joint initiative between the Office of State Revenue, the Water Corporation of Western Australia and the Landgate. The EAS2 system provides Conveyancers throughout Western Australia with an Internet application allowing them to submit one request to obtain information for a settlement of land.

Available in the Conveyancing channel, EAS2 has the ability to receive online rates and tax information, and you can also lodge a rate enquiry where no sale of property is involved.  The time required to gather information is greatly reduced, so that land and property transactions can occur more quickly.

EAS2 also allows multi-lot and multi-title transactions for contiguous properties, meaning only one enquiry is required to be submitted to deal with multiple titles/lots on the same Offer and Acceptance.

For further information on how EAS2 can help streamline your business, contact our Online Services Support team who will be happy to help with your enquiries.

Currently, first time access to EAS can take up to 14 days for new customers who are not account holders. For existing account holders the time frame is approximately three days.

Access to EAS2 is through the Landgate Conveyancing Channel at www.Landgate.com.au
